Newbie, do I post my hello here?

Hi all,
I collected my new to me Carpathian Edition V8 yesterday after trading in my 2016 Discovery 4 Landmark.
Looking forward to the ownership and the coming journey and using the forum to my benefit. I’ll try to assist where I can but I’m not usually that vocal, tend to read more than post.
Not new to LR and their antics, including the dealerships and LR Assistance, so in many ways I know what I’m getting into!
I also have a 1998 300TDi 90, so in a way that justifies the new Defender ownership to the traditionalists 😂

Welcome to the forum! There's loads of useful information on here plus there's always someone who can answer any questions you have about your new Defender.

Great that you traded in your Discovery 4 before the engine blew up.
