Usually this is a sign that the battery is a bit low, try taking the car for a bit if a drive out then retry the install - remember that you also have to double lock the car for the update to install. The battery shouldn't be low if it's been on a maintenance charger. lt's possible the battery is faulty, if the vehicle is still under warranty l would take it to the dealer and ask them to check it.

Just to jump onto this. My 23.5MY car collected in Jan this year had it's last software update on March 3rd.

Yes 3.3.3 is out, had it about a month. Mentions update to profiles which is coming soon. Hope this is going to sort the linking of keys to profiles, which is long overdue 110 XS 250 MY 23 Gondwana Stone, Cold climate pack and towbar

with the message relating to the battery i doubt its what i am about to suggest but i always have issues updating if my car is connected to an external wifi source. when i disconnect and try again no issues.
