Ah ok, I thought I might have missed a trick to be honest, my solution seemed too easy to have been missed.

I think the only way it could work without drilling is if you had a contraption that turned the T tracks in the tent to be width ways so that you can then use standard fixings... as the tent only has on track on each side its going to not be able to be secured. Unless of course, this chap is thinking that you secure the left T Track to the right... :/

Now then.... Idea You might be on to something there. It would raise the height of the tent up more than I really want (already pretty tall) but that might just be it! Thanks @the_lincs_landies Thumbs Up

When I had a rack with front to rear bars I drilled through them and bolted direct to the rack. I did, before I got around to drilling the rack, fit three cross beams under the roof tent (Maggi) then clamp them to the beams. Only temporary as wanted the roof tent as low as poss
