While I was in Flamstead, I used Dale's Vehicle Engineers in Markyate. An easy run from Harpenden up the A5. Its the inauspicious looking yard next to Harts Motors on Hicks Road. I found Dale to be good value, and there's usually a Defender or two in for work. I had good experiences there with pre-MOT fixes, fault finding, repairs and fitting modifications. A proper, no-nonsense workshop of the kind a Defender ought to visit.
SWMBO once took her Disco Sport to the Hatfield dealership. I would not recommend it, any more than 95% of main dealers. . |

definately speak to AJD Landrover - in my opionion the garage i have used so far. not mega close but its worth travelling for a reliable garage. Defender 130 HCPU TD5
