Can anybody advise where these are available ?

No, maybe an aftermarket company but not LR. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

Definitely aftermarket and as i see the pictures it is a Chinese defender. Deployable side steps for RRSport 2023 are still in backorders with JLR.
Anybody has a reliable source to buy from in China?
