Much as I love the look of this roof rack, I really need something without side rails so it very reluctantly has to go. The rack was on the vehicle when I bought it a few months ago and is approximately two years old.
When I got it, for some reason it was missing six of the ten clamps that fix it to the gutter channels. As these cannot be bought separately, I've had ten replacements fabricated from stainless steel, which were then primed and painted black. All of the fixing nuts and bolts were also replace with new stainless ones. Having had a look around, it appears I may have over-egged this a bit. Therefore, price now reduced to £450

Hi Mike,
The overall height is 2190mm, although a more useful measurement may be the height of the rack above the roof, which is 165mm. Thank you for the info. I will check this weekend if my Landy can pass under the garage door with that height and I will let you know by Monday. Then if everything is ok I will ask for a quote from Big Dave for Greece. Have a nice and adventurous  weekend.

But i am in a big ruch
in 3 weeks i have to make again a journey to Kythira island with my 5 small dogs (newfies) my 2 babies and ................. my wife, so, i do need a roof rack(and i like this particular rack).
