Alexa issue
I’ve set up Alexa on the car, followed the instructions and the icon has appeared on screen, however when I say ‘Alexa’ or press the button, a red band appears at the top of the screen and it says ‘I’m having trouble connecting to the internet’ please try later. Any ideas what the problem could be? I’ve even redone everything but still no luck! Thanks

United States
Your car's built-in SIM is most likely not connected to the cellular network, and as a result Alexa can't connect to its severs and gives you 5hat red bar and sad message.

This is most likely a temporary condition, if you are out of range of the cell network, or if there is a temporary issue of communication between car and cell network for example (if you have the Spotify app inatalled in Pivi Pro, or attempt to open the local weather app, chances are those will not work either while Alexa is down.)

Here in the US, my Pivi Pro is connected to AT&T and there have been several outages over time, some have lasted only a few minutes, and some a few days unfortunately. 2020 NAS Defender 110 HSE 5-seater / Silver / Khaki / Black Pack / Black Roof / Satin Film / Cold Pack / Off-Road Pack / Advanced OR Pack / Comfort + Convenience Pack / Sirius + HD radio / HUD / Meridian Surround
