A Plan accident response
Hi
Insurance companies are only as good as the service they provide when a claim is made. On the face of it reading the posts here everyone is happy with A Plan quotations. Has anyone any experience of their response to a claim?

Not in the defender but another car and A Plan were fantastic although this was through there Management Claims firm.

Just had the quote back from A PLan and they were a tad dearer than A Flux. I am going with A Flux because they have a fixed agreed price on their quote. I would though question why, when they have had a few claim free years due to the pandemic insurance are allowed to raise their rates to extortionate levels?

If the underwriter is MarkerStudy avoid that policy at all costs.

Markerstudy where horrendous to deal with, spent a total of 20 hours on hold between 5 phone calls.
