Salisbury Axle Stub Axles Part Number
Morning all,
I bought a couple of rear salisbury stub axles for my rebuild (FTC1740) but now I have come to fit them I have discovered that they are totally wrong for my axle. As far as i was aware the salisbury stub axles were all spiggoted around the outside of the axle mounting face. However my 2002 axle has additional casting for ABS sensors so these flanges dont fit.

I still have the old stubs which look a lot more like the front stubs with a raised spiggot in the centre which locates inside the axle flange. Does anyone know what the correct part number should be please? The only others seem to only be described as for Wolf/P38 or Rover axles.

Cheers,

To close this out, it seems they changed the ABS axles to use the standard Rober/P38 axle stub axle so the part number is FTC3188 now. Seems there is not a stub axle without the abs cutout in any more (like the ones originally fitted to my axle).

New salisbury axle stubs now for sale Rolling Eyes
