EDT / DPT Power + Economy Performance box

Hi Guys,

What's this mystery bit of kit plumbed in, in the fuse box on a Td5? I presume it's a boost box of some sort, but couldn't find out any info about it.

It has three adjustment screws under the label but I've no info on what they do.

Has anyone got any info about it / how it works / how to adjust it.
