Want to be frightened about which oil you use and how often you change it? Watch this:

BTW from new I decided to go for every 6K rather than the 12K LR say.

Iv done fresh oil and filter changes every 4000 miles in all my vehicles for 40yrs.
Few weeks ago I did an oil change (it didn’t need done) on my Series 3. Wondering why it was taking so long to put 6L back in I looked at the tin

it was EP90 gear oil.

first time Iv done that.
