After the dealer couldn’t give me an idea of how long it will be until I receive a second key fob I contacted LR Customer Relations. They in turn just replied with a prepared statement about chip shortages blah blah blah.

I asked for my enquiry to be escalated only to be told that this would not be possible. I then insisted as I felt I was being profiled based on my age, type of vehicle purchased, age and gender…

A case has now been raised, case number issued and case manager assigned.

Let’s see what happens eh?

My 23MY XS was supplied with 1 key and a key blade, paid for a 1 hour subscription to Topix based on my VIN just to get some info as it was a showroom car. Anyway downloaded this

Finally I received my 2nd key this week after waiting for over one year. The dealer had issues reprogramming the second key. I called them the third day if I need to switch on service mode in the remote app (as I saw that on Simon's Powerfuluk video). The dealer said they wanted to call me to do exactly that. Finally they had to exchange key sensing model in the Defender. Noe everything works as it should. 22MY Defender 110 (actual) | 10MY Freelander 2 (history) | 15MY Discovery Sport HSE (history)

Got my second key last week, 15 months after having taken delivery of the car... fortunately there were no issues programming it and it seems to be working fine.

Just need to try and get Pivi Pro to link the second key to a different user profile Current: MY22 P400e SE

That's odd. Din't know thais was an issue. Ordered mine in July and got in October with to keys. Mind you there are other bits missing Rolling Eyes

Yeah, after having read all the issues of missing features I was a little less disgruntled about having only one key, at least mine came with the full compliment of USB sockets, soft close rear door, locking fuel cap, 11.4" screen and clearview mirror etc. Current: MY22 P400e SE

Hello from Aussie.
Members may be interested to know that the "one key" issue is not confined to LandRover.
We took delivery of a new Audi RSQ3 on 31st October with only one key, but with the promise of a second when it became available.
We've just been contacted by our Audi Dealer to say it's arrived, but as yet we haven't heard anything relative as when they will program it etc, so are still with one key.
Presumably none of you have been charged for your second key?
