Dog tether for car
My dog travels on the back seat and he is usually secured by a strap attached to his harness, the other end of which clicks into the seat belt receiver.

These straps seem flimsy to me - at least two have severed.

Any recommendations?

Don't want a K9 type cage as it will take too much room in the back and he is used to travelling on the back seats.

He is a golden doodle, circa 22Kgs

Hopefully this link will work:

Use one of these for my GSD and it is well made and tested.

We have one of these for our 30kg briard, had it three years with no sign of wear or stitches failing.

I use the woven webbing ones that click into the seatbelt and dogs collar. Have had it ages, seems robust. What brand are the ones you have severed? How did they sever? > 110 XS Double Cab
