Tie-Down Rings Hannibal Roof Rack
After some help - ideally need to get some tie down rings to secure items
On roof rack.

Looking at top of roof rack I can see round holes in the runner that I presume the bolts heads go through.

Can anyone help with the Tie-Down rings suitable, ideally
To take rachet strap hook.

The rails should be T-slot channel and accept the head of an M8 (13mm) bolt. Something like these should work:

Be careful though as you may find that the ratchet strap works the eye loose. 1985 127 V8 Build Thread

Great thanks I have ordered from amazon as the ones referenced were out of stock.

Just need to have a look to see how these insert into the rail.

Actually just noticed these have square bottom and not bolt head that would fit through the hole .... hmmm

I bought some black stainless ones from accu,

M8 then get a big thick washer too otherwise you can damage the channel I have about 6 up there at any given time

Can be a pain to get the head to slot into some of the channels but if you slightly round them it makes it easier…

If i remember tomorrow I can grab some pics

I enlarged the channel to get the bolt head through circular top hole. Cheers
