Land Rover Remote App
I don’t have the ‘remote’ option at the bottom of the home screen in my app, consequently I don’t have the ability to lock the car if I’ve forgotten to. I had this ability with the old app and my Disco and I’ve seen the app on other peoples’ phones and do they have the ‘remote’ tab, though they aren’t Defender owners.
Is this not a feature of the Defender?!
The phone software is up to date and I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it’s made no difference. The car software is also up to date.
The app also takes forever

I had a look on mine as I was sure my data pack expired this month, but it seems to have moved to July Confused 23.5MY 90 D250 X-Dynamic SE, Pangea Green
Gone - 23MY 110 D250 XS Edition, Hakuba Silver
Gone - 21MY 90 D200 S, Tasman Blue, Fuji White roof.

I have a 23MY Defender and it has the 'remote' button, so it is definitely possible. Perhaps your car is of a specification which doesn't have this option?

Possibly. It’s a 22MY p400e so I’d expect it should but who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️

If you go into the MORE tab & then subscriptions mine tells me I have a remote subscription active until 2025 23MY Carpathian P400e 110

Think the only way is to query it with the dealer. Unless you log on to your account via the website and it should show an expiry date for online data pack.

I’ve been getting account expiry warnings for my car over the last two months warning of expiry in June - suddenly those messages have disappeared so I assume the system has suddenly remembered that I paid for 3 years subs and we are only two years in! Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

I suggested this and was told I hadn’t completed the set up so I went into to the webpage but it wasn’t allowing me to do anything more with the account so I’m not convinced it was my fault. Long story short the dealer ‘unlinked’ me from the vehicle and then added me again. It took a couple of tries but we got there in the end. Thank you for your advice.
