too expensive for a write off, worth peanuts when it comes time to sell/trade it in.

wouldn't pay more than £6k.

Ineos Grenadier Trialmaster but owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades.
Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW.. Now long gone.

Maybe,, if they had some pictures before it was repaired !! to see how bad it was,, £15.5k with the vat,,
