OEM Sub wiring route?
I have a take-off genuine LR Alpine Sub waiting to go into my puma 90. This is on hold until Martin's shop reopens so I can get one of his installation looms. But in the meantime, I'll need to get on with my dynamat and Wright off road matting install.

I noticed from LandRoverAnorak's thread that the factory subwoofer plug comes up through the seatbase https://www.defender2.net/forum/post733726.html#733726

could anyone confirm how the factory subwoofer wiring gets from the head unit to the position in the photo above? I definitely want to copy the factory wiring as far as possible.

I don't know whether it drops in front of or behind the bulkhead / over or under the transmission tunnel or if it is just under the carpet and then into the seatbase from within the cab.

Pretty sure it goes through the bulkhead. When I took my dash out I don’t recall anything coming towards the rear of the truck, it all goes forwards through the bulkhead. Are you sure the plug isn’t already under the cubby?

The std speaker wires all go out to the engine bay from memory then back in later on, or under the car Searching for my first Defender...and started just as Covid hit, so talk about timing.

5 months after starting the search I found it, and here is the details
