Hello,
Today I did 300 miles trip and my baby went like a jet. At the beginning of the trip, I fueled my tank almost full but it was almost empty tank with fuel warning light on before the refueling. Then I did speeds up to 120-130 kmph and then when the engine is idle, noticed a sound kind of ''starter motor type sound'' coming from the top part of the engine. Also, when I switch the engine off and soon after about two seconds that weird ''starter motor running style'' sound comes up. Soon after that, I heard something kind of a engaging and disengaging sound too. Did the engine switching on and off business several times and the result was same.  (Sometimes feel there is a small animal stucked inside the engine  . )
No DTC's found with scanguage but would like to know anybody experienced same sort of thing or any ideas? Thanks.  |

Many thanks for the info Grockle! So should I ignore this sound and let the EGR to clean by it self? |
