Body coloured spare wheel on XS query
Morning,
We have a D250 XS on order and I have specced the Body coloured spare wheel cover.
The images on the configurator are not very clear and I have seen a mixed bag of images online and on autotrader.

I see a lot of spare wheel covers that are a contrast to the body colour?
Is this a previous option in the earlier builds?
I know the XS has a front and rear silver bumper.

What colour will the spare wheel cover be? Anybody know the rough cost to have it colour coded?
I have chosen Silicon Grey but contemplating the Hakuba silver.

My 110 is Carpathian but the spare wheel cover I ordered with it came in silver. So I asked the local body scuff repairer to paint it in Carpathian and he charged me £150.

We had ours colour coded by the dealer before delivery plus the extended arches and gear carrier gloss black to match the X Dynamic front and rear bumpers and lower side panels.

Very happy with the results Thumbs Up

The body coloured spare wheel carrier seems to be a new option, it wasn't available when I ordered my car. However £430 for it seems to be a bit of a Censored take, I actually ordered a spare wheel cover from Robin at Duckworths which was about £150 and a friend was going to paint it for £70 but in the end I did a favour for him and in return he didn't charge me anything to paint it. Vulkan Automotive are selling body coloured ones at the moment for around £170 but I think that may be a Black Friday offer, they normally are around £200 Thumbs Up
