Anyone fitted a decat to a 300tdi?
Seen a few decat pipes on the internet and stumbled across this terrafirmer on the bay

Anyone had any experience of this or other decat pipes?

I know its not going to add 100 bhp or even 10bhp but just looking for a more a free flow sounding exhaust.

And are they fairly easier to fit?

Not sure many 110’s were fitted with a cat. Both mine don’t have one. 1951 80" S1 2.0

fitted a few of these from asst makes. no difference to power unless the downpipe is blocked. as long as the down pipe nut and bolts undo and dont snap or shear its an easy job.

i fitted one to my old 300, the cat was blowing. Not a hard job to do, only 3 nuts to do, but you will needa long extension. you will need to remove the pipe from the front of the car, you get what i mean. As for performance wise. I never really noticed much difference in power wise. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back
