Should this be advertised as a Wolf?
I get some random emails….
Today I got one about a 110 Defender Wolf going for auction

https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/auctions/1...%3D.X5QLxS

So, my view is, this isn’t truly a Wolf,
Wrong roll cage, not got the sound deadening, plus a few other minor bits.
Merlin lists as:
TUM (HS) GS HT TALON SUPPORT VEHICLE REFURBISHED 2005

Plus it has been resprayed over all the crap by the looks of it.

What do you think it will make £?

didnt wolfs have ROW spec engines and no EGR?

documents seem to be there to specify a wolf.

looks like early wolf to me less egr, would want to see chassis. sound proofing, cages etc all added as through life improvements. not all got it.

its just had few civvy bits added like suspension changes, rear door etc etc. Cheers

a lot of wolfs had egr but not all

cage is right for a non remus model eg its an early one later ones had more bracing and crap rear visibility.

plenty of civvy bits of tat

early ones didnt get the heavy rubber trim.
bonnet spare is wrong they were only side or rear mounted in service.

rear chassis will be poor once the cross member cover is removed.

no idea on what it'll fetch but a good base for someone to start with.

rear shocks are wrong for it as well i think

It is a TUM(HS) so that is a Wolf. Buyer beware it is a unique vehicle so it does not have all the usual features that a service vehicle would have. It should fetch strong but not top money for a Wolf. 1995 Defender 110 CSW

Have they painted the wheels without removing them? As the nuts are covered in paint.
