Installing a Floor Console

I bought a Defender 110 200 MHEV L663 2021. The unit came without a floor console and I decided to add one. So I bought it. Now I want to add the floor console with all the electricals such as the wireless charger, USB charging port 12V and the rear AC duct etc. However my local mechanics are reluctant to touch the electricals and definitely don't know how to reconfigure the Climate Control.

I downloaded the information regarding the Wiring Harness from the Defender Repair Manual:

I have shared this with my mechanic. But he is too afraid to touch. I checked with a few others also afraid. Anyone knows how this is done? Am I biting off more than I should? Please advise.
