United Kingdom 2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Java Black
New UK Australia Trade Deal
Being a narrow minded, short termist sort of person, what does this mean for the cost of 4x4 accessories from down under? Are ARB fridges suddenly going to be half price? Laughing 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

Australia 2013 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 SW Indus Silver
I was hoping the same for a new Land Rover or at least for parts for my current one.

I'd just be delighted if even some of the Aus suppliers would ship to the UK. So many won't. Was looking at a Kick-ass (i think it's called that) fridge the other day, literally half price compared to even the tuff-trek fridges from snomaster, and demonstrably the same spec, but yet again they won't ship to the UK.

I was wondering if that was because of a freight issue and it cost more money for them to develop the architecture to do it etc etc..... but then Stedi will ship from Aus to UK (they now dont need to as they have a UK distributor in Ireland - but they would have done so), airbagman will ship from Aus to UK.

It seems to be most won't, and occasionally you find one that will.

Oz has some great off road kit as does the USA, the whole Covid thing has put all countries all over the place. But coming up you’ll find most things will fall into place and improve.
Most of it is paperwork, it’s important to know exactly what is coming and going through any country so it is understandable.

You’ll probably find UK stockists have more stock, and more selection in the near future.
It’s Covid that has postponed and caused much delay and issues for all countries - the pain in the backside that it is. Diesel$ Live$ Matter. ⛽️🛢️👨‍🔧🧰⚙️ RED, WHITE & BOOST! 🇬🇧

Id be happy to advise / quote if anyone needs a hand.

If the supplier can provide packing and an invoice we can usually sort the rest.

Cheers.

Dave
