Seat bolt retaining bolts hard to get out.
Third question of the day; it’s been a voyage of discovery!

So, I had to remove the seat belt retaining bolts as I needed to remove the rear side window trim. I had no chance with a socket and ratchet (admittedly only a nine inch ratchet so not much torque), and resorted to an electric rattle gun which did the trick.

The threads on the bolts weren’t particularly rusty, which I’d expected to be the issue given how hard they seemed to be to get out.

Does this seem right, are they they highly torqued. I’ve not removed these before.

Many thanks.

Yep they are all that hard to undo. Sounds like you need a bigger socket set
