LT230 filler plug
On my 200tdi the filler plug can be removed using an extension bar, like all the ones I have seen.
On the Td5 it has a large brass (?) plug you would need to undo using quite a large spanner or socket , impossible with the handbrake cable in the way. In the centre of the plug is a small hole or valve maybe, any ideas? BORG - Bucks & Oxon 4x4 Response Group

Found the answer, there is a small allen headed bolt in the centre you remove to check the level. It comes with the Roamerdrive kit when you have one fitted. BORG - Bucks & Oxon 4x4 Response Group

At some point your transfer box has had a Roamerdrive overdrive fitted. These brass plugs with the small Allen key screw in the middle come with the kit. The idea is that by fitting this plug and checking the oil level at the Allen screw level your box will have about 1/2-1L of oil in addition to the usual box volume. This is so the overdrive has enough lubrication. You can take the brass plug out and replace it with a standard one if you want.

Point 8 in the instructions http://roamerdrive.com/pdfs/dsinstall_all_Nov2016.pdf shows the plug.

Great but if kit by the way, love my roamerdrive Thumbs Up

It still has the Roamerdrive fitted.
Do I drain both transfer box and overdrive then fill each separately or just refill through the overdrive until it comes out of the level plug in the transfer box? BORG - Bucks & Oxon 4x4 Response Group

So section 8 last sentence says drain both transfer and OD then refill as stated.
