Make sure you set up a build thread for that Liam, I think I’ll be heading down the same route in a year or so. I’m going to rent some space and do it myself.

I will do when I start, for now would just like to get a engine / box I can bolt onto the galv to get me started.

Garage has much better pics than me. I'll pull them off their Instagram once they've posted next week when it'll hopefully be a rolling chassis Twisted Evil Stuart

Had a small delivery all the way from Noow Yawk.

(they smell real bad...)

Originally I was thinking of some Bahama Gold inlay for the lettering but, now I've seen them I rather like the contrast with the matte and gloss finish. Maybe I'll just do either the Cummins or TURBO DIESEL painted and leave the other as is, thoughts? Stuart

I'm still looking forward to seeing how you will get the bonnet to shut. Laughing

Perhaps this will be your inspiration (but you might need bigger blocks):

I would leave as is as the black will pop against the Bahama Gold Cool 1996 Golf Blue 300Tdi 110 Pick up. Keeper.

Uber'd my ass to the garage at lunch today.

Upper half off in minutes. 1x Bumper bolt; 30+ mins. Very Land Rover Rolling Eyes

Bonnet is in nice shape, very much being reused.
