I used them quite a bit late last year and early this year for my series 3 and range rover.
All the orders came through pretty quickly, no complaints there. I needed to return one (faulty) item and they were terrible in responding. In the end (after a couple of weeks of no response) I raised a paypal dispute, although to their credit they then authorised the refund pretty much immediately. I always got the impression that they were flat out processing orders and didn't really have time to respond to emails or anything. I've used them a lot over the years and it's always been like that, quick delivery etc, but contact is slow. Weird your stuff hasn't arrived though... |

Haven't ordered from them for a little while but I have always found them really quick on delivering stuff. As with most part suppliers though they dont seem to have the capacity to answer enquiries.
