Ingenium Engines
Just interested, but does anyone know if the Defender engines are built in Wolverhampton & then shipped to Slovakia, or are they also manufactured out there as well ?

Is the i6 also an Ingenium? I was under the impression that it was but several people I know reckon it’s a BMW engine but I thought that those were what the 2022 FullFat was getting in the big capacity engines like V8’s. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

I have a vague recollected that pistons are made in Poland, so shipped to UK assembled and shipped out again...

Yes, it’s modular - the current three, four and six cylinder engines are all Ingeniums.
