Brand New Land Cruiser 79 V8 For Sale in the U.K.
[Sorry it’s a FB link] I love these, what a great blank canvas, but at this price.... Given that £45k is likely where the Grenadier is likely to come in at and is somewhere near the bottom of the range of new Defender does anyone fancy this as an alternative? Big V8 diesel double cab, but doesn’t have front and rear manual lockers that they usually have.

It's a lot of cash for no usable warranty and a relatively low availability of aftermarket parts/spares. That said, I would love one! Would need to be full Aussie spec though Wink 1985 127 V8 Build Thread

There is a new one in Silver on EBay at the moment, LHD though. On the subject of Land Cruisers, there is a 2008 4.5 V8 diesel for sale on Collecting Cars. 17,000 miles from new totally immaculate. I imagine it will make good money. I would have been interested but it’s far to nice to use as a workhorse/ utility.

It’s a fair point on the warranty. From what I understand parts aren’t a problem in that a UK Toyota dealer can order them. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS
