ET0 Wolf Style wheels
Anyone got any pictures of them fitted ? Is the nave plate as thick as a genuine wolf wheel ?

Hi Mo

I can take one off and measure for you, but I suspect they’re the same as standard LR nuts leave the same flush fitting on the standard length stud as it did on my original wolfs on the 90. The bloody well weigh enough to be as thick as the originals too 😉

cheers, Steve

Et0 Wolf style. With regards to thickness, I dont want to start this debate again, but I had extended studs fitted.

Think I'm the minority of one that can't stand Wolfs for their looks, weight and compromised fitment. Whistle

Land Rover's solution for the thicker nave plate/less contact with the wheel bolt is having to torque the nuts up to a higher level. JB

Ah, I see. It clearly works though, so really is a non-issue. Darren

Not exactly true. Stud length and torque are separate issues.

Maybe I'm missing something?

LR issued a couple of reasons in bulletins, one was due to the heavier construction of the wheel and the other was to ensure that the conical end of the wheel nut locates properly in the mating cone on the wheel rim.

I'm not convinced by either reason other than there's less contact area between thread and nut. JB

Yes, just white wolf style et0 from 4x4tyres.co.uk. They are white white rather than the off white roof so dont quite match. James
