That could be why but I suspect my suggestion why they don't put it on is nearer the truth. Good luck to anyone trying to get 800kg of stuff through the rear door. Not the greatest access for loading something really heavy into or trying to forklift a pallet in.

Why do we all keep defending !! the stupidity of JLR , they are completely clueless in their market analysis proven by the fact they now have multiple vehicles competing in the same market segment , instead of identifying a new market segment. The mfg from japan and increasingly Korea will completely swamp JLR in the coming years.
