Robin's at Duckworth Top service
A few weeks ago I needed to order urgently some parts for my Defender.

Among others I contacted Duckworth Land Rover which used to be very helpful in the past under Dan Roberts.

Now that Robin is in charge for the parts I really wanted to give a very big thank you for all the kind support he gave me.

1) He replied almost instantly.
2) He checked my parts against my VIN.
3) He gave me very competitive prices.
4) I received the parts the expected date as promised even though there was a very big mess among transport companies with covid and black Friday around.
5) One item was missing from my order though and I sent him an e-mail. 20 minutes later I got a reply with the Air transport tracking number for the missing item all expenses on them. Next day I had the missing item in hand.

I am not affiliated in any way with this company, but I just wanted to point out their excellent level of service for others to follow.

Merry Christmas to everybody and a very big wish for a lot of snow !

Seconded with another top notch experience, correct parts delivered (which is a significant challenge for my local dealer - i've never once had a delivery of the 100% correct parts thus why I swapped to Robin).

A big thank you for the order I received also.

Same here.

Superb response and very quick delivery. He is working from home to so all the more impressive doing it ‘remotely’.
