2016 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 HT Corris Grey

Series guru needed west London

A friend wants to look at a very nice series SWB in west London. He would rather take a guru with him who really knows what he is looking at. Not just mechanical, but is what they are looking at 'right' for the age and the car.

Any suggestions?

3 I think, but either 2 or 3 shouldn’t make that much difference surely?

I had a Series 2a for 8 years (sold earlier this year), there are quite a lot of differences between a 2 or 3. When originally looking I had my eyes on a couple of Series 3s but preferred the look and features of the S2s.

If you don't have any better offers I am more than happy to look over some pictures and give some thoughts over email etc but due to work commitments at the moment I wouldn't be able to look over the vehicle in person.

Look up 'The Series Guy' on Instagram - he knows them inside and restores them, and for a fee will come and look at one for you and give you a report on it. Based in Clapham too
