This is a special tool for removing Land Rover Defender steering wheels. It will work on any original steering wheels fitted to most models of Defender, series, early Discoveries and early Range Rovers, that have the two threaded holes shown in the last picture. The tool comes fitted with the correct UNF bolts to fit these threads.

That's from the sellers description i got it off.

Used it on my TD5 after straining both arms trying to pull the wheen off, works a treat.
