4hp22 advice please
Hi,

I'm after some advice on 4hp22 auto transmissions for a 3.9 v8 as mine is goosed (no 1st in drive - sprag clutch). Are they all interchangeable? Mine is coming up as 593 - 51mm, I've been offered a 747 - 27mm - what does that really mean please???

727....................................27

740....................................51

Ashtrans is your man. Ashcroft Transmissions.

Buying second hand is false economy, get an exchange from Ashcrofts.

If you run a 747 you’ll risk damaging your pump. (I think... it’s been a few years since i read up on them)
