New Rad/Intercooler/Hoses for a converted Tdi200
Hi

I have a my89 TD that was converted to Tdi 200 15 years. It got a large Allisport intercooler in front of the old TD rad, as a consequence the pipes and hoses were quite adventurous...

After many years in Africa, all has suffered quite a lot. I thus want to „fix“ some things up now and tune the engine a bit, e.g. I would like to use a proper Tdi 200 style rad / intercooler combo, and also optimise air flow quite a bit, install a boost pin etc.

I will move the air intake on the right hand side as opposed to the original left hand side. But now I have problems with the pipes from/to any intercooler as there is barely any space due to the high-mounted turbo (BTW in the pic I simply removed the intercooler completely, and the hose for the air intake ends in the nowhere.... just for the sake of the MOT test 😎...).

Any suggestions what to look for, any good ideas where to get (custom) high quality hoses?

Cheers
Philippe
