A9 southbound...?
Went down and up the A9 today, taking my daughter down to start her Uni course again shortly.

A lot of 'Defender action' on the road, but particularly southbound while we were heading back north. No pics - unless I go out and mine the dashcam - but some nice looking trucks.

Anyone here?

Road was particulaly busy southbound. Guess we left Perth on the way north about 4.45/5pm and it was almost a solid stream of traffic coming down. Looked like the Highlands were draining of visitors down the A9, getting home in time for the schools opening down south. Donald

Also same on the A811 and A84 west of Stirling yesterday, a lot of Defenders hauling caravans and loaded with bike racks. Also lots of RRS and Disco’s hauling big loads doing the same trek East to the M9 south. Glad I didn’t have to go anywhere yesterday with the migrating tourists heading home crowding the roads Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come

Yep, we were on the road south at 8am, and into Glasgow about 11.30, so avoided that pulse of traffic; then on the way home, northbound traffic was pretty light. Definitely happy it worked out that way, and not the other way round. Donald
