That type of pipe clip usually comes as two parts -
Your larger one is a 90° clip Your smaller one is a straight clip They're both available as male (stud) or female (socket). You will need a male and female, straight and 90°, to clip together to make the clip you need. Measure the diameters and see which of these suit - https://www.comdir.co.uk/push-in-swivel-ca...aight.html https://www.comdir.co.uk/pushin-swivel-cab...aight.html https://www.comdir.co.uk/push-in-swivel-ca...0-deg.html https://www.comdir.co.uk/push-in-swivel-ca...0-deg.html Hellermann-Tyton also make them - Click image to enlarge Unfortunately, all of the above are in lots of 100 . Paul - that’s amazing. Thank you: I’ll have a good google to see if I can find anyone selling in smaller quantities.

Failing that it’ll be a cable tie loop with a second wrapped around the middle to form an “8”.

Cable ties it is: they don’t seem to be available in small quantities. Thanks again Paul - that was a head scratcher. I’ve just posted a clean thread to ask about cable routing and where the three clips are located/what they’re attached to so I can recreate the position with ties.
