When I replaced the locks in my Td5 because they wouldn't turn with the key in all I had to do was remove the C clip, remove the arm that connects to the link & push the whole lot out.
The lock barrel itself sits inside a sleeve (as circled below) which sits in the handle & is what stops the lock turning unless the key is inserted. This sleeve simply slides into the handle & on mine it all came out together.

If you've not been able to get the arm off the end of the barrel then try a larger flat blad screwdriver inserted from the side (see blue arrow below) & twist. You need to get that arm off & after that it should all come apart.

You say you've used penetrating fluid but I can't see any evidence of that in your last photo, were are you putting this?
