Alternator clicking
Hi there gang, hope your all safe and well.

my alternator has developed a clicking noise, is this a replacement needed (it’s only just over a year old) or is there a replacement bearing option Building a 110 expedition vehicle, pictures can be found: @steve_overland on Insta.

Take it apart and if it is a bearing the best place to go is a trailershop as they have mostly a lot off bearings in stock and if not can supply them quickly.
Others just want to sell you a new altenator. Roel
