Auto Stop/Start
In the first few days of ownership I noticed Auto Stop/Start cutting in in the local town at traffic lights but in the last 3 weeks I have found that if I don’t press the foot brake fully down but just enough to activate the ‘hold” function then Auto stop/Start doesn’t get activated. This isn’t a complaint as I am not a fan of auto stop/start, but it seems odd that a device to reduce emissions and normally can only be over-riden by pressing the de-activate button to de-activate it can also be fooled by gentle braking.
Anyone else found this in stop/start traffic? Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

It’s been like that on my D4,5 and Velar. Very gentle on the brake and it won’t cut out.
