You sure it isn’t heated seat but the seats themselves are 12 way adjustable?

The controllers for the seat heaters also show the icon for cooling them even though it isn’t fitted unless specced as an extra cost option or you have an HSE or X version. According to my spec I have adjustable side bolsters and seat base/cushion firmness adjustment but it doesn’t seem to do much, the seat I find very comfortable in standard setting without adjusting the firmness.
