Deliveroo drivers :censored: on our street and on our vehicles
We have a major problem with Deliveroo drivers Censored all over our street and on our cars. We live down a smaller street with a popular takeaway on the corner of the main street. At the weekends there can be up towards 20 drivers working and they obviously have needs and there are no facilities in the takeaway.

I'm not really sure who to complain to. I caught one guy one day and started shouting at him but it was water off a duck's back. He didn't give 2 Censored .

Not really sure how to take this any further or where to complain to. Deliveroo doesn't offer any means to complain to them and they probably don't care either. The council? I'm in London.

The council will deal with it. Or email you MP for advice. It would probably help if you get a few of you neighbours to complain as well. The more noise the better with these things. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

Hi
Check with the local council planning department to see if any conditions are attached to the consent for the takeaway.
Complain to the Environmental Health Department about noise nuisance
Complain to you Highways department about excess commercial traffic in the street (and the Police have powers in London for pavement Parking), if its ticking of your neighbours ask for a residents parking scheme to be set up for all of you.

Hope something above helps Thumbs Up 2010 XS USW

Cheers, sounds promising.
We already have residents parking and the parking itself isn’t an issue. The noise is bad but the disgusting behavior, urinating on parked vehicles is really having me lose the plot

One final trick then given the anti social behaviour is to find your local community safety partnership and ask for support. Thats probably the best route in TBH. Make a fuss! 2010 XS USW

Contact the police and explain there are men indecently exposing themselves in a residential street, that should stop them taking the pi55. 2015 HT XS 90

I'd be taking a photo with a bright flash then advising them it'll be forwarded to the police.

I'm not a lawyer but I believe that 'public urination' is an offence under the 1986 Public Order Act so it's something you may wish to discuss with the local constabulary.

Here you go, it's Section 5 (1) (a) 'disorderly behaviour'

As much as it is an offense I'm reluctant to call the Police. I don't have any evidence and I don't recognize the person I saw either. I think the Police are busy enough as it is and without me doing a bit more leg work I fear I may just be a nuisance caller and that's the last thing I want.

I will try the council as a first stop. I'll check the local councilors to see if anyone of them might already be at heads with Deliveroo.
