I repainted my bumper today and gave the end caps a good wash with car shampoo and then a good hard scrub with some Buzzweld degreaser (best degreaser i have ever seen and it smells really good Shocked )
they came up like new, really surprised me Thumbs Up Thumbs Up 2023 Defender L663 V8

ACF50 works for me and you can give the rear crossmember a coat too

Used Gtechniq C5 today (C4 was out of stock and this apparently is the same stuff). First impressions are very good - be interested to see how long it lasts for, but a big improvement so far. Also treated end caps, door handles and the window rubber.

A friend of mine recommended a product called polytrol for reviving faded plastics and paintwork.
