GKN UJ grease nipple - sold separately?
I've managed to damage the grease nipple on the brand new GKN HD UJ (TVC100010 18mm version with metal seals)

Does anyone know if these are sold separately or what the spec is? They require an 8mm socket to remove

They'll be standard nipples of some kind. Google "nipples" and see what comes up!

Give the nipple shop in Bolton a try

Sorted me with the nipples on my superwinch drive line for pennies Cheers

Maybe it's why the Yanks call them zerks? to avoid any awkwardness...

Cheers for the link. Have emailed them.

I've measured the nipple up and seems to be imperial, which is never fun!

If you're in a pinch can you nick one of of your old UJ?
When changing mine out last week I took the nipples out of my old ones before cutting them off just in case they were useful. Insta: @thebenjordan4x4

I've gone from the cheap Censored UJs to the HD ones, and the grease nipple is different so can't reuse it.

Anyway, got an email back and they say the measurements don't match anything they have and apparently it's likely to be bespoke for OEMs

Once the world returns to normal, take it to your local engineering suppliers and they’ll have something to fit.

Buy another Uj as a spare (you will need it one day) and take the nipple off of it.

Or talk to Bailey Morris, who make and supply props.

I will check my supplies when I get a moment as tend to keep that sort of stuff Whistle
