I’m sure those more ‘seasoned’ than I will be along shortly but my answer is... nothing about and beyond a normal car!
The overwhelming suggestion will be to move away from a main dealer for servicing and maintenance and towards that of trusted specialists and independents... the costs will be less and the service greater! Investing in breakdown cover would be wise as you simply never know! I have a 2016 110 Station Wagon and beyond ordering a set of wiper blades, I haven’t *touch wood* spent a penny on general maintenance above and beyond consumables and servicing! You will however want to put money aside to pay for the modifications as you see fit  |

Servicing wise are you thinking main dealer or a good independent, because this really affects the costs.
Depending on what model your seeking a do know of a very nice black autobiography 90 that’s 5 years old and only done 1500 miles, yes 1500 miles!! Send me a pm if you want the guys details. Also know of a very nice grey bowler 90 for sale too

I have a late reg Puma 90 similar to your wish list and so far the following spend so far in the first year of ownership
MPG - Depending on length of runs its averaging 30mpg VED £260 Main annual service at a good independent - £335 Insurance £250 1 x Reversing switch £12 Tracker contract £60 (I'm not mentioning the upgrades such as security, lighting, underbody treatment, wheels & Tyres, cosmetic stuff etc., as these are mainly one offs) |

I’d echo what notxal said. I also do a 6 monthly oil and filter change which costs about £40.

Only thing I can add is to increase your mileage limit as I'd much rather have a car that has done more miles and been well looked after than a low mileage one that has sat still and rusted. 30k for a 6 year old car is nothing.
Mine has cost me 0 in maintenance over regular servicing, 3-500 a year, but has cost me 1000's in stuff I wanted to do. |

Got to echo all the above comments.
I do a similar amount of mileage each year, and in the 5 years of ownership other than servicing annually, I honestly dont think I've spent a bean, that was truly necessary. Consumable wise, beyond wiper blades, (which seem to last about 6-8 months), I've had to replace a set of brake pads and two tyres, and we're getting close to 75k miles now. 2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone

Doh. Forgot wiper blades. And washer fluid. Good call.
Still I spend more on the wife’s ad blue fluid than I do on faults on mine. |
