Have you had a look at some diesel cars, Like the later 206 and 207s Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

I'd look at any car that does a just add fuel deal. The savings on insurance are substantial for anyone under 21.

Most of my pals have done the same for their kids first cars and saved a fortune, plus their pride and joy has a new car instead of a second hand one with potential issues. They have piece of mind and security of all the modern safety features.
