Modular Steel wheel and tyre package choice?
Hi all, having started several mods to my 110 station wagon I have decided that I want to stick to steel modulars for now to replace the skinny standard wheels. I like the look of a couple of sets at Paddock and thought I'd ask options on wheel and tyre pairing?

Tyre wise it depends what you are looking for. You have 2 mud tyres there and a very road biased AT tyre in the Conti. Both have very different attributes. That being said, the anthracite modulers look immense!!

Thanks for the reply, I do like the anthracite 16x8 and although Paddock doesn't stock the continental trye above to fit I was wondering if this combo would work?

Quick question tyre experts, will these wider Toyo 285/75R16 Open Country tyres fit my 16x8 modular's and from reading old posts I don't believe that I need any lifts to my 110 Station wagon?

Cheers

Oh and you probably won’t need a lift for clearance, but you might.
You won’t know until they are on though. 2002 td5 90 county hardtop

Don’t know if this sways you, but 10% off at paddock until the end of the month using DEFENDER2 as the discount code. They’ve got quite a few wheel and tyre combos.

Cheers Co1, Yep I'm going to go for that deal, 285/75R16 Toyo Open Country and a set of five 16x8 black modulars. I decided to go for the 285/17 after looking at the profile compared to narrower ones and like the look better for my 110 station wagon.
