Ireland 2010 Defender 130 Puma 2.4 HCPU Keswick Green
My Defender 90 200 Tdi rebuild
MOT next, hope to have it done next week. Then all the electrical work starts
Heated screen
Heated door mirrors
Heated seats
ICE
Winch
Dual battery setup

New seats fitted

Doors not lined up, gaps top and bottom. Found bulkhead removal bar was about 6mm to long, after a bit of cutting and welding size was reduced and now doors line up with no gaps.

Hi everyone, better late than never, I started to rebuild my 200 Tdi about 6 weeks ago and thought I would share some pictures of the progress.

Doors sound proofed
Thats about up to date with the rebuild. I'll dig out the pictures of the new brake system later. I hope to have the body on this weekend.
I'm still finding bits and pieces to do, seems never ending. Just ordered a new speedo head, and the vacuum pipe from the servo to the vacuum pump has seen better days so that will be replaced tomorrow along with the breather pipe from the air filter to the engine.
New Griffin exhaust has arrived so a busy weekend ahead
