..loading bay covered with foam ? ..
Hi guys. Today i went to JLR official service center, to justify DPF existence on my truck. During process, i have noticed this DC, with interesting coating inside load bay area. I went outside to check, and i can confirm that its not any kind of inserted or bolted plastic but it seems to be some sort of 'foam' sprayed, very thick and quite rigid as far as i can say based on touch and some knocking...do you happen to know, what sort of material/procedure is used for this as i want to cover loading bay of my truck, with such 'plasticy' thing??

It’s a spray on bed liner. UPol Raptor is one brand I think, but there are many choices. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

Line-x do one also but lots of ££

Typical video you might see

Useful for bomb shelters I would imagine.

It can only be applied by specialists with the equipment as it's not too different to the 2 part foam insulation spray equipment that's quite popular these days in modern construction.

It dries very quickly

If you look in the rear quarter window, there appears to be a sticker for that very product.

Also, what's going on with the fit on that rear passenger door Shocked Shocked
